From 29-31 January this year, the Food Innovation Team played host to an American film crew.

The crew were in the UK shooting a food safety DVD for Alchemy, and as part of the visit spent 3 days in our processing halls simulating practices within commercial food manufacturing/catering establishments. They were very impressed with the range of facilities on offer and were very well looked after for the duration of their visit by Damien Murphy and Penny Masters.
